Data protection notice

General

Data protection is an extremely important topic for Kulzer. We thus collect, process and use your personal data solely in accordance with legal provisions while respecting the appropriate technical and organisational data security measures.

What is personal data?

Personal data refers to details of personal or material circumstances of a particular or identifiable natural person. These include for example your civil name, your mailing address, your telephone number or your date of birth.

Anonymous data collection and processing

Unless represented otherwise in the following sections, no personal data is collected, processed or used when using our websites in general. We do however learn about the use of certain Google Analytics technical information by means of the data conveyed from your browser such as for example, the browser type/version, the operating system used, and visits to our websites including the time spent on the site and the website visited prior. We evaluate this information purely for statistical purposes.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that facilitate analysis of your use of the website. As a rule, the information concerning your use of this website produced by the cookie is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, as a result of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address is shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The complete IP address shall only be communicated to a Google Server in the USA and shortened in exceptional cases.
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and for enhancing the use of the website and the use of the services related to internet use for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of the Google Analytics process will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website. You may also prevent Google from processing this data generated by the cookie and on your usage of the website (incl. your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin through the following Link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
We refer in particular to the fact that Google Analytics extended the“gat._anonymizeIp();” code in order to provide for the anonymised collection of IP addresses, or so-called “IP-Masking”.
You may avoid Google Analytics collection by clicking on the following link. An opt-out-cookie is set that blocks future collection of your data when visiting this website: Google Analytics deactivate.
Google Analytics are also used on this website for evaluating data from AdWords and the double-click cookie for statistical purposes. Should you not wish to do so, you may deactivate it on the Ads Preferences Manager ( https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en ).

Cookies

Likewise, we use cookies for the purpose of enhancing our web content. Cookies are text information files that are stored on the web browser of your computer when you open one of our websites. We use this cookie technology to customize our websites according to preferred fields of interest and local settings. Should you wish to block the use of cookies, you may refuse cookies in your browser. For detailed operating instructions, refer to the manual issued by the manufacturer of your browser.

Since this concerns data concerning communications channels such as e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, you further agree that we may also contact you if required over these communications channels to respond to your requests.
